Monday-Friday – 5:30am - 7:30am

Saturday – 7:00am - 9:00am

Tuesday & Thursday – Coventry (6:30-8:00am) Willow Oaks (7:30-9:00am)

Wednesday – HVA 5:00-6:30pm (Long Course)

Saturday – 7:30-9:00am (Long Course)
